Coaches Needed
North Metro Little League is still seeking volunteer coaches across all divisions for our Spring 2026 season. Coaches play a critical role in creating a positive, fun, and development-focused experience for our players.
If you are interested in volunteering as a Head Coach/Team Manager or Assistant Coach, or if you have questions about what either role looks like, please reach out to our Coaching Coordinator.

Coaching Opportunities
We are seeking volunteers for the following roles:
Head Coach / Team Manager
Leads team practices and games, manages player development, and serves as the primary liaison between the team and the league.
Assistant Coach
Supports the Head Coach during practices and games and helps reinforce skill development and positive team culture.
Coach Selection Process
In the event that we receive more volunteers than needed, coaches are selected using the following process:
Player Pitch Divisions
Head Coaches/Team Managers are nominated and selected based on their time and experience within North Metro Little League
Final approval is provided by the League Board
During the draft process, each Head Coach/Team Manager will select their two (2) official Assistant Coaches
T-Ball & CMP Divisions
