Senior Division (15-16 year olds)

The Senior Division provides a competitive setting for high school players to advance their baseball skills. Players interested in participating in the Senior Division for the first time and returning players who do not wish to remain “the property” of their previous season’s team must attend a pre-season assessment to gain eligibility for the player draft.. The format for play follows traditional Little League baseball rules with 90-foot base paths. Practices begin in mid-May, and games begin the first week of June. The season is comprised of approximately 15 to 18 games, and additional exhibition or tournament games may be played during the regular season schedule. Games frequently are played on Saturdays as double-headers, and some games are played on weekday evenings. Practices are up to each Coach they range from 1-4 practices per week. The Senior Division is an inter-league division with games played at a variety of locations in the metro area. The regular season concludes in late June. Players in the Senior Division are eligible for selection to an All-Star Team that will participate in a post-season tournament at the District level and potentially at the State level in July.
